TechnologyCentralLLC operates Project Pulse. Public sales are pending approval of its privacy notice. This page describes the product’s current data flows and is not the final privacy notice.

Workspace data

The app stores account and organization information, project records, files, comments, activity, and billing references. Organization roles control access to workspace information.

Connected services

Optional Microsoft mail capture stores selected Inbox message text. Unfiled messages are private to the connected mailbox owner; filing shares the captured text with authorized project users. Disconnecting stops synchronization, but captured project records remain. Optional AI actions send their selected source content to the configured AI provider when requested. Billing is processed through Stripe.

Requests and retention

Before public sales, the operator must publish contact details, retention and deletion rules, applicable rights, subprocessors, and the process for data requests. Ask your workspace administrator before entering sensitive personal information during a pilot.
