Security overview

Project Pulse uses authenticated accounts and organization membership to authorize project records. Write operations check roles and subscription access. Private file downloads recheck access when opened.

Offline records and deliberately downloaded drawings remain on the device. Use a trusted device with screen locking, and protect exported copies. Removing server access does not remotely erase an already downloaded file.

This overview describes implemented controls. It does not claim independent certification, a completed penetration test, or a guaranteed uptime level. Release qualification checks are tracked separately.

Report an access or file-exposure concern to your workspace administrator or security@getprojectpulse.com. Include the affected screen and time; do not email credentials, access tokens, or confidential project files.
